Abstract: This independent study had three purposes ; First Objective to examine the conditions and needs in educational management for the Career of Migrant Workers' Children. Second, in order to provide educational management guidelines for the career of migrant workers' children. And last to verify the educational management guidelines for career of migrant workers' children within Schools in Hang Dong district, Chiang Mai Province. There were three steps; to examine conditions and needs in educational management for Career of Migrant Workers' Children. The population in study case were school principals and teachers in Hang Dong District with more than 70% of students being descendants of migrant workers, totaling 104 individuals. The equipment in the study case was a questionnaire. Second step, provided educational management guidelines for career preparation of migrant workers' children. Fifteen key informants who were selected. The equipment used in the study was focus group interview recordings. The last step, inspect the efficacy of educational management guidelines for career of migrant workers' children within Schools in Hang Dong district ,Chiang Mai Province. The target group comprised 40 individuals, including administrators, teacher representatives, school committee representatives, and qualified individuals. The quipment used in the study was guidelines assessment form. Data analysis involves using percentages, averages, standard deviations, and content analysis. The study on the conditions and needs for vocational education management for the children of migrant workers found that the overall condition is at a high level. The most practiced aspect is teaching management. As for the needs in vocational education management for these students, the overall need is also at a high level, with the highest need being in curriculum development. Educational Management Guidelines for the Career of Migrant Workers' Children within Primary Schools in Hang Dong District ,Chiang Mai Province approached 1)teaching and learning should focus on developing skills necessary for life and work in the current 2)the curriculum should be adjusted to the context of each school and meet the needs of students and the community 3)Parents and the community should be given opportunities to participate in curriculum development and monitoring 4)Students should be given opportunities to practice in real-world settings 5)The current conditions and context of students and schools should be analyzed to inform the design of assessment methods and 6)shared vision, mission, and goals for the school should be developed with the participation of all stakeholders. The result of the feasibility, the suitability, utility and validity of that Guidelines found the overall level of agreement on the validity, appropriateness, feasibility, and usefulness of the guidelines was high.
