Abstract: This independent study has three objectives. 1) To examine the current management practices for promoting career skills among disadvantaged students, 2) To identify management strategies for promoting career skills among disadvantaged students, and 3) To evaluate the effectiveness of the identified management strategies. The study comprises three phases: 1) Assessing the current management practices involving 36 school principals and teachers within the network center using questionnaires, 2) Identifying management strategies through targeted interviews with 5 selected school principals and experts, and 3) Evaluating the identified management strategies with a target group of 36 school principals, academic teachers, and subject teachers using a validation questionnaire. The result of the study found that overall management is at a moderate level. The area with the highest level of management is personnel management related to learning management. Guidelines for managing learning to promote career skills for disadvantaged students include. It is advisable to organize meetings to build knowledge and understanding of learning management that promotes career skills, especially for disadvantaged students, ensuring alignment with the school's context and the community. Meetings should aim to educate and clarify knowledge and understanding regarding the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process and the competencies of teaching staff in a community-based professional learning format. Planning should involve the development of projects/activities, media, and technologies that support learning aimed at enhancing career skills for disadvantaged students and planning should also include projects/activities that encourage the use of learning resources both within and outside the school environment. The validation results regarding the appropriateness and benefits of the management strategies for promoting career skills among disadvantaged students, it was found that they are overall at the highest level.
