Abstract: This independent study aimed to 1) Examine the current state, desired conditions and priority needs index of guidance operations of teachers at Trontrisin School, Uttaradit Province. 2) Study the guidelines for the guidance operations of schools with established best practices. 3) Develop and check the suitability and feasibility of guidelines for the guidance operations practices at Trontrisin School, Uttaradit Province. The target group was specifically selected: 33 teachers of Tron Trisin School, 1 school director, 3 guidance teachers, 1 lecturer in the department of psychology and guidance and 7 experts. The tools used 1) questionnaire 2) interview form 3) suitability and feasibility assessment form. The statistics used in this research are mean, standard deviation, priority needs index and content analysis. The results of the study found that: 1. The current condition of the guidance operations of teachers at Trontrisin School, Uttaradit Province Overall it is at a high level. The desired conditions of guidance operations are generally at the highest level. The highest priority needs index is guidance services, followed by the organization of guidance according to the basic education core curriculum and the lowest priority needs index is ethical aspects of guidance. 2. A study of the guidance operations of schools with established best practices found that guidance operations must organize guidance activities according to the basic education core curriculum, provide guidance services and teachers must have a guidance ethic. Administrators and teachers must work together in planning, operating, supervising, monitoring, evaluating and continuously improve and develop guidance activities. 3. Develop and check the suitability and feasibility of guidelines for the guidance operations practices at Trontrisin School, Uttaradit Province. It was found that 131 operations guidelines according to the quality management process that is the PDCA system, emphasize the principles of participation in operations. 46 guidelines for organizing guidance activities according to the basic education core curriculum, 44 guidelines for guidance services and 41 guidelines for compliance with guidance ethics.
