Abstract: The study aims to study how Chinese and Thai merchants register and operate online stores on each other's e-commerce platforms. This article will take China's Taobao platform and Thailand's Shopee platform as the research objects. Through case studies and interviews, will understand the requirements and processes of these two platforms for foreigners to settle in and open stores, analyze the actual situation in the operation process, and use the supply chain Management theory analyzes how to control issues such as time and cost. And by comparing the situation of Chinese and Thai merchants settling in and operating online stores, the same and different issues are summarized and discussed, and useful references and guidance are provided. It is hoped that the research in this article can help Chinese and Thai merchants to better operate online stores and control issues such as time and cost. It will also help Chinese and Thai merchants to avoid legal risks and comply with relevant regulations.
