Abstract: | The Purposes of this research were to study 1) the operational in Court Integral Online Service of Lamphun Juvenile and Family Court staff, 2) the need to develop digital technology skills in the Court Integral Online Service of Lamphun Juvenile and Family Court staff, and 3) propose guidelines for skill development. Digital technology in Court Integral Online Service for Lamphun Juvenile and Family Court staff. This was qualitative research, collecting data from 17 key informants, including: 1. Executives at the director level who has performed administrative duties for not less than 5 years, 1 person. 2. Administrator who has performed duties for not less than 3 years, 1 person. 3. Users of the court's internal system. With experience of not less than 3 years, 1 person, and 4. 14 people or users who used online court system. Research tools was a semi-structured interview. Data were collected through in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed by content analysis and descriptive analysis method. The results of the study showed: 1) the use of the digital system is convenient and fast. Mainly used for transcribing judgments into automatic electronic files 24 hours a day, which is one of the services provided through the Court Integral Online Service. 2) Development of digital skills of personnel requires civil servants of the Court of Justice, permanent employees, government employees of the Court of Justice and temporary employees under the Court of Justice must receive digital skills’ development on unlimited topics each fiscal year, not less than 20 hours per person per year. Which is sufficient for operations and digital skills that need to be developed include operational skills’ system control skills problem-solving skills and skills in using the program and 3) There are many styles to developing digital skills, such as on the job training, site visit, and training seminars. This was to provide personnel with knowledge and understanding and be able to perform digital tasks efficiently. |
