Abstract: This research needs to use an open-data product catalog system. to establish a management system for importing and exporting information or product details. Presentation of information or product details and to shorten the time to market There is a way to study users' needs. Choosing a platform that meets user needs Trial by a sample of users is divided into 2 categories: 1. Product owner, factory, etc. 2. Online retailer of 20 people. This research focuses on the use of data takers. Online retailing Includes food, beverages, cosmetics, non-food herbs, etc. There are follow-up operations. And the evaluation is measured by evaluating the satisfaction percentage of the system users with the Google Form tool to collect quantitative data. And there are 3 questions designed to collect satisfaction questionnaires: 1. Contents of the product. 2. Functionality of the system 3. To put it to good use, there were 5 scoring criteria based on satisfaction, such as 5 points being the most satisfied, 4 points being highly satisfied, 3 points being moderately happy, 2 points being less comfortable, and 1 point being satisfied. The least, etc. The analysis data was collected by analyzing quantitative data. (Quantitative Statistic) Using ready-made programs such as Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation (S.D.) with data collection process as follows: 1. Users access system 2. Select the format of the data to be used. 3. Select the product that you want to use the information for. 4. Download and use the information. 5. Get a link to a satisfaction survey on the use of the system. 6. Answer the satisfaction questionnaire using the system. From the open data product catalog system research, it is expected to help online retailers take advantage of the information immediately. Can manage the import and export of information or product details, saving time for online retailers. And it can also shorten the time to market.
