Abstract: The objectives of this research were 1) to develop learning unit of accounting subject by integrating 5Ws 1H questioning technique with career learning stations for the 12th grade accounting program students. 2) To study students’ learning achievement of accounting subject after using integrating 5Ws 1H questioning technique career learning stations and 3) to study students’ accounting skill after using integrating 5Ws 1H questioning technique career learning stations. The populations of this research were 5 specialists of curriculum and career teaching and 11 students in the 12th grade at Suksasongkhro Chiang Mai School during the second semester of the academic year 2021. The research tools were learning unit evaluation form, a learning achievement test form, and an accounting skill test form. Data were analyzed by using means, percentages and standard deviations. The study results revealed that: 1) For accounting students in the 12th grade, there are two units of learning units of accounting subject by integrating 5Ws 1H questioning technique with career learning stations, which consist of 1) unit name 2) structural unit 3) learning activity 4) evaluation and 5) lesson plans. The overall quality assessment of the learning unit was excellent. (mean = 4.80, standard deviation = 0.45) 2) The students’ learning achievement after learning units of accounting subject by integrating 5Ws 1H questioning technique with career learning stations was 76.62%, which was above the expected 70%. 3) The students’ accounting skill after learning units of accounting subject by integrating 5Ws 1H questioning technique career learning stations were 96.67%, which was above the expected 70 %.
