Abstract: The objectives of this study were to study the investigate the attitudes of teachers and administrators to children with special needs to participate in the management of private schools in Chiang Mai and the principal barriers to inclusive education in private schools. The population of the school administrators and teachers of the city. In this study used questionnaire for manager and teacher In Chiang Mai Office of Education District and informal interview from 19 managers and 19 teachers The inferences of this independent study were as following: 1. The knowledge affect to attitude in inclusive education found that Teachers and administrators who have an average experience within 5 years were very good to know about the classes. The target about 73.76% agreed with receiving children with special needs to attend school. 2. The cooperation between authorized. The organization and staff would be success in cooperative learning. From the study, the target in 50% regarded that cooperative learning could make the chance of improving learning skill, social, and adaptation with other children. The management of cooperative learning should develop in several ways, have many syllabus and properly. Include giving chance to the normal student and parent to do study plans with the student with the special need. 3. The barrier in cooperative learning in private school. From the survey in target group, there were problems by comparison with working with normal student and the student with the special need. Moreover, lack of a caring teacher and didn’t have a special teacher who graduated in special education. Finally, lack of convenience media for the student with special need in cooperative class room.
