Abstract: The objective of this study is to study conditions of readiness for Upright School Model of Upright School Network Under Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Therefore, this study focused on three conditions readiness of the IPO Model : Input, Process and Output. The example group of this study consist of school administrators, teachers, school commissions, members of sub-district administrative organization and Student leaders of Upright School Network Under Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the academic year 2014, totaling 338 persons. Tool used in this study was a questionnaire regarding the subjected matter. The data gained was then analyzed by using frequency percentage mean and Standard deviation. The result of the study can be summarized as follows. Upright School Network Under Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Upright School Network were overall readiness at a medium level. The input results the most schools have Upright School Declaration. Teachers have teaching techniques to stimulate the 5 desirable characteristics of Upright School. Schools do not have to report the action clearly. Insufficient budget and did not participate from the external agencies. The process results the sessions were organized to exchange, learn from each other and planning the implementation of the program of Upright School. The output results the most schools have students have to behave according to the promise. The students of Upright School Network are good citizens of the community, society and nation. And behave towards others with integrity that is consistent with instilling values, moral integrity, not corruption, deceit, according to the 5 desirable characteristics of Upright School : cognitive skills, discipline, honesty, sufficient and public mind. Some students still do not have a constructive contribution to the fight against corruption and assertive no official comment on criticism of the behavior of self and others. The study suggests that Upright School Network Under Mae Hong Son Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 should be a plan to develop or improve of readiness for Upright School Model for the success and increasing the efficiency by giving priority to the allocation of sufficient budget. Supplying learning materials about Upright School. Addressing and teaching the importance of Upright School to student even more. Including additional activities the 5 desirable characteristics of Upright School to develop feature students.
