Abstract: The objectives of this study were to study the impact and problems of the Secondary Service Area Office 35 towards branches within the educational service area; and secondly to analyze the students’ achievement in the secondary schools. The sample consisted of 40 educational officers and 5 administrators. The instruments used in this study were checklist questionnaires and interviews. Collected data were then analyzed through the application of the percentage. The results of this study are as follow: 1) The impact on administration and management of the Office of Secondary Education Area 35 comprises of four aspects. Features namely academic, finance, personnel administration, and general administration. It established that high performance had been achieved because each school applied technology in their administration. The school networks were used to accommodate the coordination of public relations and information service. In addition, not only the schools shared resources and budgets for their organizations but also the finance were communal with the primary schools. Therefore, the schools had enough resource to develop their technology for teaching and learning intentions. The problem of each school was surveillance. Lack of participation, encouragement and manpower issues were the primary reason for the failure of two provinces (Lampang-Lamphun). Notably the child –centered method was not focused on their classroom. 2) The student’s accomplishment for the schools in the Secondary Service Area Office 35 did achieve its goals. The study showed that the achievement of Mathayomsukka III students of 11 small schools was the best in the entire group with on average over 3.2 percent. However, the achievement of Mathayomsuksa VI students in all schools slightly increased, however it did not reach the goal. Only Mathayomsuksa VI students of Maetaprachasammukkee School achieved success as they were expected.
