Abstract: The study of The Development of Child and Youth by School Bank Project of Government Saving Bank in Mueang Chiang Mai District had 4 objectives, which were: (1) to study the role of Government Saving Bank on Child and Youth Development according to School Bank Project of Government Saving Bank in Mueang Chiang Mai District (2) to study the implementation process of child and youth development by School Bank Project of Government Saving Bank (3) to study and contribute to the development of knowledge management models for the bank staffs in implementation of child and youth development according to School Bank Project of Government Saving Bank (4) to study the potentials of cooperation, participation of educational institutions, and teachers in institutions on the development of child and youth by School Bank Project of Government Saving Bank. This study was a qualitative research. Researcher collected data from individuals concerned with School Bank Project in Mueang Chiang Mai District included the bank staffs, educational institutions, professors/teachers in institutions. The total numbers of individuals were 12 persons. The data were collected by in-depth interviews, observation without participation, and study of the documents concerned. The study found that the knowledge management models of knowledge transfer in child and youth development on saving, working with others, and using time wisely via “School Bank Project” of Government Saving Bank were caused by the bank, the educational institutions, and the teachers recognized the importance of child and youth. Because of child and youth, they liked the hope of society and major force in national development. Creating and providing opportunities to develop their potentials for shaping the future of the country to move ahead were absolutely necessary. Therefore, to support child and youth in constructive activities with good dimensions of physical health, mental health, social well-being, and intellectual health by “School Bank Project” of Government Saving Bank was the prototype in creating the well-being of child and youth to be effective. The bank officials who had knowledge about banking developed their knowledge to be the knowledge base and transferred it to the educational institutions, teachers, and child and youth in schools. Therefore, transfer of knowledge was the manner in which knowledge transfer through working process of school bank and it cultivated the habit of saving, working with others, and spending time wisely simultaneously. The important suggestions of this study were (1) the bank should develop the inspection system of saving properly to prevent the corruption problems (2) the bank should enhance forms of presentation for School Bank Project (3) the child and youth development due to School Bank Project should develop a project in form of more networks extension or prospects extension widely (4) there should be extending opportunities to promote the saving to occur in schools such as schools in rural areas (5) the development of School Bank Project due to the support of Government Saving Bank should create more networks to carry out this project with other banks in future.
