Abstract: This study aimed to explore the evaluation of applying Das program at Natmotor Company Limited. Samples of this study were specified to 20 users of Das program, who were managers, head of departments, staff and officer of Natmotor Company Limited. Questionnaires were used as the tool to collect data. Data analysis was conducted by the use of descriptive statistics namely frequency, percentage and mean. The findings presented that respondents were female in age of 26-30 years with Bachelor’s Degree and had worked at the studied company for less than 1 year, 1-3 years, and 6-9 years, in areas of accounting, finance, spare parts and service. Some of them used to take the computer training; but some did not. 10% of them were able to use Microsoft Excel. Most of them used Das program to work on accounting system. 10% of respondents from sales, spare parts and service divisions were used Das program to perform their regular duties. Besides the regular tasks, 80% of them were able to perform tasks of spare parts and service division, and 60% of them were able to perform tasks of financial and debtor and collection divisions, respectively. Regarding the evaluation of applying Das program in according to the Quality criteria, the respondents gave the top concern of each factor as follows. In Access Audit factor, the concern was for having User Tracking system to trace the usage of each user, which made the backward verification at any time available. In Access Control factor, the highest concern was for having passcode for each user. In Accuracy factor, the concern was for having accurate process data based report though the data were modified. In Communication Commonality factor, the concern was for being applicable to LAN, WAN and Intranet Internet. In Completeness factor, the concern was for the simple transfer with complete data. In Communicativeness factor, the concern was for the beautiful and easy to understand report. In Consistency factor, the concerns were for the accurate linkage of data in each module and the adjustable modules according to different need of each business. In Conciseness of Source Code factor, the concern was for being able to design working system for the linkage between the work and the program easily. In Data Commonality factor, the concern was for the compatibility of reports being linked to different modules. In Error Tolerance factor, the concern was for having reliable database system with stability of data storage. In Execution Efficiency factor, the concern was for reducing time to work. In Expandability factor, the concerns were for being able to support various working systems because the program was designed to be open-system allowing the creation of unlimited reports and being able to support to E-Commerce. In Generality factor, the concern was for being able to apply the program with Windows 2003 onwards. In Machine Independence factor, the concern was for being able to implement it with all computer brands and series without problems. In Instrumentation factor, the concern was for being able to retrieve data when errors occurred with the system. In Modularity factor, the concern was for the modules being separated explicitly. In Operability factor, the concerns were for being able to apply the program with the working system of organization easily and being able to respond to all needs. In Self-Descriptiveness factor, the concern was for the availability of Help Message found in Html on internet allowing users to access and print out at the all times, without program manual. In Simplicity factor, the concern was for the ease to apply program to working system. In Software System Independence factor, the concerns were for being applicable to all Windows series, being able to run the program rapidly within the capacity of resource. Thus, it was not necessary to purchase the high quality of computer with high price. In Storage Efficiency factor, the concern was for the capacity of the program to store the large amount of data without any effect to the speed of data record and processing processes. In Traceability factor, the concern was for being able to perform backward tracking on the usage of each user. In Training factor, the concern was for the rapid learning of new users to use the program.
