To optimize the processes, there are many different tools had been used to collect data on the workflow, analysed root cause of the problem, identified the wastes activities, and specified methods improvement for reducing time and wastes in activity. For the evaluation of the result, compared the steps of activities before-after improvement and compared reduce time after improving. The results showed that many work steps took a long time, redundancy process, not apply process with information technology were the cause of the regulatory compliance process delayed. Therefore, the work process has been rearranged by using ECRS to improve the work process and apply information technology systems to help easier and faster. In conclusion of the research can achieve the objectives. The results able to reduce work steps from 15 to 9 steps by rearranging work process and eliminate unnecessary work steps. Applying Compliance Management System (CMS) to make simplifier and to reduce time of 4 tasks; 1) Legal considerations step which can reduce an average amount of time is 0.06 days from 7.7 days. 2) Legal compliance assessment step which can reduce an average amount of time is 4.8 days from 48.67 days. 3) Compliance monitoring step which can reduce an average amount of time is 19.31 days from 113.94 days. 4) Assessment summary step which can reduce an average amount of time is 0 day from 0.06 days. The cycle time of the process can be reduced from 170.37 days to 24.18 days. |
