Analysis and modeling of knowledge and information about Master's Degree programs in China for Thai learners

Abstract

This research study is about improving the knowledge management performance of Chinese universities with the research problem of fragmented important information from the official published channels. This study uses knowledge engineering methodology to analyze and develop a knowledge management system based on ontology. The result of this research is displayed in four parts, best practices identification, ontology maps, knowledge model, and KMS design. The results of this study are based on best practices, and through summarizing and analyzing its advantages, combined with the theory of knowledge engineering, a suitable characteristics of knowledge management system for Chinese universities is produced. The research contributes new research results for this domain.
