Abstract: The Objectives of this research were 1) to develop a learning unit integrating artificial intelligence with Alberta's inquiry model to enhance the reading and media literacies of Grade 6 students, 2) to study the reading literacy of grade 6 students after learning from the learning unit integrating artificial intelligence with Alberta's inquiry model, and 3) to study the media literacy for grade 6 students after learning from the learning unit integrating artificial intelligence with Alberta's inquiry model. The population and samples used in the research consisted of 7 experts in integrated learning unit development and 44 grade 6/2 students from The Prince Royal's College School, Mueang district, Chiang Mai Province. They were chosen by cluster random sampling. The instruments used in the research were a learning unit integrating artificial intelligence with Alberta's inquiry model, a quality assessment form of a learning unit, a reading literacy assessment form, and a media literacy assessment form. Data were analyzed using arithmetic means, standard deviations, percentages, and t-test. The results revealed the following: 1) The learning unit integrating artificial intelligence with Alberta's inquiry model to enhance the reading and media literacies of grade 6 students consisted of the following components: 1) the name of the learning unit, 2) the structure of the learning unit, 3) learning activities, 4) artificial intelligence used in learning management, 5) learning measurement and evaluation, and 6) a learning management plan. Overall, the propriety level in the quality of the learning unit was at the highest level. (mean = 4.57, standard deviation 0.55). 2) Students' reading literacy after studying with the learning unit integrating artificial intelligence with Alberta's inquiry model was at a very good level, with a mean of 26.57 and a standard deviation of 1.63. This represents 88.57 percent, which is higher than the criterion set of 80 percent at the .01 level of confidence. 3) Students' media literacy after studying with the learning unit integrating artificial intelligence with Alberta's inquiry model was at a very good level, with a mean of 4.41 and a standard deviation of 0.64. This represents 88.25 percent, which is higher than the criterion set of 80 percent at the .01 level of confidence.
