Abstract: The purpose of this independent study were to 1) Study the current circumstance and problems of administration's strategies of student development activities to promote public mind of student at Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School, 2) Develop administration strategies of student development activities to promote public mind of student at Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School, and 3) Evaluate administration strategies of student development activities to promote public mind of student at Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School. The study was divided into 3 phases 1) Studying the circumstance and problems of administration strategy of student development activities to promote public mind of student at Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School. The study population of this phase was 108 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire based on administration's strategy of student development activities to promote public mind of student at Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School. 2) Developing administration strategy of student development activities to promote public mind of student at Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School. The study population used in the phase was 113 people. The instrument used in the phase was a draft of administration's strategy of student development activities to promote public mind of student at Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School 3) Evaluating the administration's strategy of student development activities to promote public mind of student at Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School conducted by 9 experts. The instrument of this study was an evaluation form of appropriateness and feasibility of the draft of administration's strategy of student development activities to promote public mind of student at Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School. Study results were showed that 1) Current circumstance and problems of administration of student development activities to promote public mind of student at Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School were: 1.1) Current circumstance of encouragement of the policy of promoting students’ public mind through Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School’s student development activities was at low level and problems were at moderate level. 1.2) Current circumstance of developing activities to promote students’ public mind through Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School’s student development activities was at low level and problems were at moderate level. 1.3) Current circumstance of organizing activities to promote students’ public mind through Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School’s student development activities and problems were at moderate level.2)Developing the draft of administration's strategy of student development activities to promote public mind of student at Kowittamrong Chiang Mai consisted of 3 main strategies: Strategies 1: Encouraging the policy of promoting students’ public mind through Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School’s student development activities consisted of 4 sub-strategies and 10 methodologies. Strategy 2: Enhancing the development of public mind promotion activities through Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School’s student development activities consisted of 4 sub-strategies and 15 methodologies. Strategy 3: Encouraging organizing students’ public mind promoting activities consisted of 2 sub-strategies and 6 methodologies. 3) Evaluating the student affairs administration strategy to promote students’ public mind through Kowittamrong Chiang Mai’s student development activities, the result revealed that: the appropriateness and feasibility of Strategy 1: Encouraging the policy of promoting students’ public mind through Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School’s student development activities consisted of 4 sub-strategies and 16 methodologies which were at the highest level, the appropriateness and feasibility of Strategy 2: Enhancing the development of public mind promotion activities through Kowittamrong Chiang Mai School’s student development activities consisted of 4 sub-strategies and 15 methodologies which were at the highest level, and the appropriateness and feasibility of Strategy 3: Encouraging to organize students’ public mind promoting activities consisted of 2 sub-strategies and 6 methodologies which were at the highest level.
