Abstract: The purposes of this research were (1) to investigate the relationships between emotional regulation, perceived career success and resilience of alternatives school’s teachers in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai provinces and (2) to examine the mediating role of resilience between emotional regulation and perceived career success of alternatives school’s teachers in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai provinces. Participants were 220 teachers using questionnaires of Emotional Regulation Scale, Subjective Career Success Scale and Resilience Scale. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and mediation analysis using bootstrap method with Process Macro Model4. The results show that (1) Emotion regulation has a positive influence on resilience with statistical significance (β =.275, p<.001). (2) Resilience has a positive influence on perceived career success with statistical significance (β =.213, p<.05). (3) Resilience has a positive influence on perceived career success with statistical significance (β =.177, p<.05). (4) Resilience plays as a partial mediating role between the relationship of emotional regulation and perceived career success with statistical significance (β =.059, SE=.027).
