Abstract: This research aimed to 1) study the current condition, desired condition and the necessary need for internal quality assurance operations by employing Objectives and Key Results Framework (OKRs) of small private schools in Chiang Mai Province. 2) study the internal quality assurance operations by employing Objectives and Key Results Framework (OKRs) of small private schools in Chiang Mai Province that has good practice. 3) development and verification of correctness, suitability, feasibility and the usefulness of internal quality assurance operations by employing Objectives and Key Results Framework (OKRs) of small private schools in Chiang Mai Province. The research is divided into 3 steps according to the objectives. The sample group are directors or deputy-director or head of academic or teacher who were responsible for the school internal quality assurance, 32 people, 5 experts, and 5 professional experts totaling 42 people. The research tools were questionnaires and structured interviews. and inspection form. The statistics used to analyze the data are mean, standard deviation, frequency, sorting, and inductive synthesis of the issues. The findings reveal that necessary needs for internal quality assurance operations of small private schools Chiang Mai Province. When considering each item in descending order, it was found that the first priority was the implementation of the educational development plan. The second priority was evaluating and inspecting the quality of education. The third priority was following up on the results of the implementation of the educational development plan. The fourth priority was preparing self-assessment reports (SAR). The fifth priority was setting educational standards of school, and the least priority was preparation of educational development plans. The results of the study of good practices in internal quality assurance operations found that executives should set goals by comparing previous performance results. Set clear goals and key results with teachers and educational personnel working together to create their own goals. Create knowledge, understanding and analyze goals from the educational development plan. Executives monitor the progress of projects/activities to ensure they are in line with plans. Using tools that facilitate teachers and personnel in tracking results and storing data and exchange knowledge with the Office of the Private Education Commission (OPEC) on a regular basis. The outcome on drafting the Guidelines for internal quality assurance operations by employing objectives and key results framework of small private schools in Chiang Mai province has provided the frameworks which are 1) the principal 2) the objectives 3) the operational methods 4) the conditions of success. In the same vein, the auditing result of the guideline quality showed that accurate, appropriate, and feasibility was in the highest level.
