Abstract: This independent research aims to: 1) Study the innovation leadership levels of school administrators and the competency levels of curriculum management and teacher learning management. 2) Study the innovation leadership levels of administrators influencing the competency levels of curriculum management and teacher learning management. 3) Study strategies for developing innovation leadership among administrators affecting the competency levels of curriculum management and teacher learning management in schools demonstrating good practices. 4) Develop and verify guidelines for developing innovation leadership among administrators affecting the competency levels of curriculum management and teacher learning management. Data collection tools include questionnaires, interview recordings, checklists, and data analysis methods such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, ranking, and content analysis. Results: 1) Innovation leadership levels of school administrators and competency levels of curriculum management and teacher learning management are generally high. The highest average score was in the Vision for Change dimension, and the lowest was in Risk Management. Competency levels in curriculum management and teacher learning management are also generally high, with the highest average score in Curriculum Development and the lowest in Technology Innovation Media Use and Development. 2) Innovation leadership levels of administrators significantly affect the competency levels of curriculum management and teacher learning management in schools, statistically significant at the 0.05 level. Regression equations for raw scores and standardized scores are as follows: Unstandardized Score Y ̂ = -1.86 + 0.29 (x_3 )+ 0.35 (x_1 ) + 0.29 (x_2 )+ 0.27 (x_6 )+ 0.25 (x_8 ) Standardized Score Z ̂ = 0.29 (x_3 )+ 0.24 (x_1 ) + 0.29 (x_2 )+ 0.23 (x_6 )+ 0.20 (x_8 ) 3) Strategies for developing innovation leadership among administrators that positively impact the competency levels of curriculum management and teacher learning management in schools with good practices include promoting skill and knowledge development related to innovation and change, encouraging administrator participation in training and development programs, and fostering an organizational culture that supports creativity and knowledge sharing among staff. 4) Developed guidelines for enhancing innovation leadership among administrators impacting competency levels of curriculum management and teacher learning management include principles, objectives, methods, and success criteria, validated for appropriateness and feasibility across all dimensions.
