Abstract: This study had two main objectives: 1) to compare the teamwork and collaboration competency of grade 2 students before and after the implementation of phenomenon-based learning within an integrated learning unit in Chiang Mai smart city, and 2) to compare the systematic thinking skill of these students before and after the same phenomenon-based learning implementation. The research sample was comprised of 40 grade 2 students, they were chosen by cluster random sampling from Tonkaewphadungpittayalai School, Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization, during the second semester of the academic year 2566. Five phenomenon-based learning lesson plans were employed in the research, along with data collection tools, including competence assessment forms for teamwork and collaboration, and systematic thinking skill assessment. The data were analyzed to calculate mean scores, standard deviations, and t-test. The study findings were summarized as follows: 1) The teamwork and collaboration competency of students after using phenomenon-based learning in Chiang Mai smart city integrated learning unit were significantly higher than before at a statistically significant level of .01. And 2) The systematic thinking skill of students after using phenomenon-based learning in Chiang Mai smart city integrated learning unit were significantly higher than before at a statistically significant level of .01.
