Abstract: The purpose of this independent study was to understand the attitudes towards working in the digital age of human resources employees of private companies in Thailand. And the information can be used to improve the human resource management structure to be modern and most efficient. Create competitiveness in the digital age of human resources employees. The tools used to collect data include online questionnaires. The sample group consisted of 400 employees of the human resources department of a private company in Thailand. The statistics used in the data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the study found that a total of 400 human resources employees. General information: Most are female, aged 23-40 years, with 10 years of work experience or more. They are human resources employees at the officer level working in the manufacturing business group. in a large business group. Number of employees more than 200 people and working in the eastern region. The total number of employees under responsibility is more than 1,000 people. The results of the study according to the theory used in the study found that Knowledge and understanding of the work roles of human resources employees in the digital age, including all roles, is at the highest level. The mean knowledge and understanding of the role of being a strategic partner and the role of being a supporter (Employee Champion) was at the highest level. As for the role of being a change agent and the role of being a human resource expert has an average level of knowledge and understanding at a high level. The results of the study according to the theory used in the study found that Feelings about the work role of human resources employees in the digital age, overall, for every role, are at the level of strong agreement. The role of being a strategic partner, the role of being a change agent and the role of being a human resources expert had an average level of feeling at the level of strongly agree. As for the role of being a supporter (Employee Champion), it was at the level of agreement. The results of the study according to the theory used in the study found that the average level of behavior towards working in the digital age of employees in the human resources department included an overview of every aspect of their role. It is at the level of behavior that is done frequently. These 3 roles are the strategic partner role, the change agent role, and the human resources expert role has an average level of behavior that is frequently performed as well. with only the role of being a supporter (Employee Champion) having an average level on a habitually.
