Abstract: The objectives of this study are 1) to study Economic and Social Disparities of Hospital Support Staffs of Phrao Hospital, Chiang Mai Province and 2) to study The Relationship Between Economic and Social Disparities and the Motivation of Hospital Support Staffs of Phrao Hospital, Chiang Mai Province. This study is based on the mixed methods research by collecting questionnaire and interview. Data collected by questionnaire form 30 simple and interview 18 Key Informants The study found that Support Staffs of Phrao Hospital, Chiang Mai Province has overview of thinking about Disparities of economic (SD = 0.32) has more than Disparities of Social (SD = 0.29). The work motivation in high level (x ̅=3.89). Therefore, it isn’t a direct relationship. The recommendation about trend for boosting work morale is personal development follow job position for active learning and more work experience. Then support to self-esteem, organizational commitment, importance of support staffs and the open for self-improvement. Keywords : Disparities, Motivation, Phrao Hospital
