Abstract: This independent study aimed to 1)Studythe current situation and desired state in differences of large secondary schools teachers attached to the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Mai.2)Develop strategies to enhance teamwork among in differences of large secondary schools teachers attached to the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Mai.3)Evaluate the strategies for enhancing teamwork among in differences of large secondary schools teachers attached to the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Mai. This study was conducted in three stages. Stages 1: A survey was administered to234 administrators and teachers from 6 large secondary schools attached to the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Chiang Mai, to assess the current and desired state of teamwork among teachers of different age groups.The questionnaire used a 5-point Likert scale. Stages 2: A workshop was conducted with 11 administrators and teachers from the 6 schools to develop strategies for enhancing teamwork among teachers of different age groups. Stages 3: The strategies developed in Phase 2 were evaluated using a quality assessment instrument. The instrument was completed by 11 administrators and teachers from the 6 schools. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and index of necessity.Tools used in guideline inspection is the form of quality checking in consistency, suitability,feasibility and utility by using consensus voting according to the meeting. The findings of this study show 1) The current state of teamwork among teachers of different age groups in differences of large secondary schools teachers attached to the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Mai., was found to be at a high level. The desired state of teamwork was also found to be at a high level. The index value of necessity indicated that the greatest need was for increased teacher participation in teamwork, followed by improved interaction among team members, shared goals and objectives, and trust among team members.2)Strategies for Enhancing Teamwork are included. Strategy1:Develop a mindset for promoting teamwork Include 4 Secondary strategy.Strategy2: Promote teacher involvement in setting school target and goals together. Include 3 Secondary strategy.3) Theevaluation of Strategies were found to be of high quality and were likely to be effective in enhancing teamwork among teachers of different age groups. The strategies were approved by consensusin consistency, suitability, feasibility and utility.
