Abstract: The objectives of this research are 1) to study the concept of innovation in social studies learning through the positive digital footprint method. To promote digital citizenship and critical thinking among high school students. 2) To develop social studies learning innovations through the method of positive digital ecological footprint. To promote critical digital citizenship of high school students 64 people and 3) to study the results of using social studies learning innovations through the positive digital ecological footprint method to promote critical digital citizenship of high school students. end It is participatory action research (PAR). By studying and developing social studies learning innovations through the positive digital ecological footprint method to promote critical digital citizenship, then studying the level of critical digital citizenship of high school students. There is a tool used in the research. The tool used in the research is a literature review form. Evaluation of the suitability of social studies learning innovations through the positive digital ecological footprint method teaching observation form and the digital citizenship level assessment form. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis. Presented in descriptive form and analyzed the quantitative data with a statistical program to find the mean and standard deviation. The research results found that Innovative ideas for learning social studies through a positive digital footprint method. To promote digital citizenship and critical thinking among high school students. It is learning that focuses on giving students positive digital thinking skills and critical thinking. To support the changes in global society in the digital age and received a social study learning innovation through the positive digital ecological footprint method that promotes critical digital citizenship, called TRS-2New MODEL, for the results of using social studies learning innovation through the positive digital ecological footprint method to promote Digital Citizenship and Judgment of High School Students at the highest level.
