Abstract

The purpose of this research is to select and specify the requirement of a program for the management of technology licensing fee system to prevent the problem of data loss. The researcher applied the Analytic Hierarchy Process to collecting data and comparing the pairwise importance of factors, and determining the weight of each factor. The study ranks the importance of various factors as follows: security, cost, expenses, product quality, reporting capabilities, general program features, internal control, system accessibility and post-sales service. Subsequently, the researcher comparing between the existing programs and the program developed further from the meeting room booking program (Booked ME) by weighting the importance program features. The results indicate that the newly designed program holds the highest importance ranking. So, the researcher proposed to the program developed further from the meeting room booking program (Booked ME) that was suitable for this problem and applied the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) techniques, for specify the user requirements gathered through interviews, analyzing and prioritizing these requirements, and consulting with software development experts for technical feature.
