Abstract: This research propose is applying a tool for supporting the decision making on selecting the Automatic Fermented Rice Noodles Making Machine. Five criteria used for the selection process were: Cost, Machine Efficiency, Machine Capability& Market demand, Energy Consumption, and Preventive Maintenance by applying Fuzzy AHP Technique for selecting 3 sizes of Automatic Fermented Rice Noodles Making Machine including Machinery Size S (Capacity 200 kg./ hour) , Machinery Size M (Capacity 300 kg./ hour) and Machinery Size L (Capacity 500 kg./ hour). The results of the study from 5 main factor as follows: Cost has defuzzy fication score equal to 0.595 for machinery size S, Machine Efficiency has defuzzy fication score equal to 0.681 for machinery size L, Machine Capability& Market demand has defuzzy fication score equal to 0.670 for machinery size L, Energy Consumption has defuzzy fication score equal to 0.571 for machinery size M, and Preventive Maintenance has defuzzy fication score equal to 0.568 for machinery size M. In this step, questionnaires were used to collect data from sample group. And the results showed that all criteria or factor are suitable for practical use.
