Abstract: This independent research focuses on developing the design of public transport services through digital technology. Major cities are facing pollution from smog and fine particulate matter. It has a huge impact on society, economy and quality of life. This is partly due to pollution from fossil fuel engines. Therefore, the design of public transport services through digital technology in smart cities. This is to create a model of public transportation service. that use the basis of traveling from the current local mass transit system to meet the needs of energy and environmental management that travelers can design their own travel routes, standard prices, based on electric vehicles instead of engines by focusing on the management of ecosystem services and increase efficiency in public transport in urban areas, reducing pollution problems, being environmentally friendly There was also an awareness of the importance of using public transport among local residents and tourists. To connect the work and forwarding of information management through digital technology. To solve the problem of security in the career of service providers The ability to travel equally among passengers Create investment possibilities and promote public transport. Actions are promoted and evaluated through key regulatory agencies. The design of public transport services through digital technology is therefore a necessary and important starting point. that all parties must work together to develop and promote the management of the Digital Platform to systematically solve travel problems to reduce the burden of public transport investment costs Reduce pollution and smoke problems Increase transport and logistics capabilities This will lead to commercial investment and a base for the development of the smart city economy.
