Abstract: This independent research aims to study the needs of Industrial Craft Entrepreneurs in the Upper Northern Provincial Cluster 1 to participate in exhibitions in East Asia and South East Asia. A questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from 345 entrepreneurs of the Upper Northern Provincial Cluster 1 registered with the Community Development Department in 2016. The research data were analyzed by descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, and mean, by inferential statistics which was independent sample t-test. The results of the study revealed that most of the entrepreneurs were working in Chiang Mai. They were female, had positions as business owners, and finished their Bachelor's degrees. They were the entrepreneur of industrial craft products such as clothing and apparel, bags, and shoes, registered as a limited company. Their businesses were operated between seven years or more, registered capital less than 50,000 baht, the number of employees is one - three people, and production capacities are 50 - 100 pieces per month and the average monthly income of the business is less than or equal to 100,000 baht. Furthermore, all factors affecting the Industrial Craft Entrepreneurs in the Upper Northern Provincial Cluster 1 towards intention to join exhibitions in East Asia and South East Asia were at the highest level. They were as follows: in terms of promotion, product, price, and place, respectively. When considering the sub-factors that affect participation in each aspect, namely in terms of the product factors (the professionalism of the organizer's operation process aspect), in terms of the price factors (attending the event is worth the opportunity to sell products), in terms of the promotion factors (public relations for organizing the event thoroughly), and in terms of the place factors (the availability of venues and facilities to support events). When testing the differences in factors affecting the Industrial Craft Entrepreneurs in the Upper Northern Provincial Cluster 1 in participating in exhibitions in East Asia and Southeast Asia, there were different demands for participation. In terms of the average monthly income of the business, it was found that there were differences in some sub-factors at the significance level of 0.05.
