Abstract: This research objective is applying tool for supporting the decision making on selecting destination of two Defective Products by a case study company, a jewelry manufacturing company. (Define defective as Appearance Defective Products and Gem-related Defective Products) To find out the most appropriate criteria and the a destination of Defective Products by applying Fuzzy AHP Technique. 6 main criteria that has been used for the process selection were: Time, Cost, Final product of customer's acceptance, Working skills, Readiness to fix and Possibility to fix defective products for selecting 3 destinations which are rework, scrap and mixing (both rework and scrap). 5 Decision makers are persons who work in case study company. The result of Appearance Defective Products found that the rank of important weight of considered criteria are following, Final product of customer's acceptance, Working skills, Readiness to fix, Cost, Possibility to fix defective products and Time. The most appropriated destination is rework. The result of Gem-related Defective Products found that the rank of important weight of considered criteria are following, Final product of customer's acceptance, Cost, Possibility to fix defective products, Working skills, Readiness to fix and Time. The most appropriated destination is mixing (both rework and scrap)
