Abstract: The research on “The Success of the development of Freshwater Fish Products Processing Community Enterprise Groups, LamLukKa district, PathumThani province” aimed 1) to study key successful factors of the development of freshwater fish products processing community enterprises in the area of LamLukKa district, PathumThani province, 2) to study operational guidelines of freshwater fish products processing community enterprises towards community economy promotion in LamLukKa district, PathumThani province and 3) to study problems and obstacles in the operations of freshwater fish products processing community enterprises in the area of LamLukKa district, PathumThani province. The study was conducted using a qualitative research and quantitative research design. A 3-point rating scale questionnaire, namely, high, moderate and low levels and an interview with 3 groups of persons participating in the internal operations of the community enterprises in LamLukKa district, PathumThani province were used to collect data. The community enterprises include: 1) Catfish Products Processing Khlong 5 Community Enterprise Group in the area of Bueng KhamProi sub-dsitrict, LamLukKa district, PathumThani province, the group consists of 18 members; 2) Catfish Herbal Products Processing Housewife Group Community Enterprise in the area of Bueng KhamProi sub- dsitrict, LamLukKa district, PathumThani province, the group consists of 23 members and 3) Lam Sai Pattana Community Enterprise Group in LamSai sub-district, LamLukKa district, PathumThani province, the group consists of 15 members. Therefore, there are totally 56 members. The values of each group were calculated and compared among 3 groups to find out different success value; high, moderate, low, of the development of the community enterprise groups. The findings from the study showed that the community enterprise group having the highest success of the development of freshwater fish products processing community enterprise groups in the area of LamLukKa district, PathumThani province was the community enterprise group 2 - Catfish Herbal Products Processing Housewife Group Community Enterprise since it was established in 1998 longer than the community enterprise group 1 and 3. There were factors leading to the success of the group development in terms of group management. The group received many awards. In terms of leadership - the group leader had good knowledge and understanding of conducting business, making its members had positive attitude, security and were satisfied with dividends they received. The group 1 - Catfish Products Processing Khlong 5 Community Enterprise Group and the group 3 - Lam Sai Pattana Community Enterprise Group were established after the group 2. They received a smaller number of awards guaranteeing their success and factors leading to the success of group management, leadership and members’ attitudes gradually grow along the growth of the community enterprises respectively
