Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study the effects on work-life balance from online teaching and learning. Approaches to problem management and adaptation Including guidelines for developing and improving the policy of online teaching and learning for parents of students in elementary school in Muang Chiang Mai District. The researcher chose a qualitative research technique by using the interview form as a research tool and interviewing parents of elementary school students in Muang Chiang Mai district. The results of the study revealed that the online teaching and learning management policy of elementary school students in Muang Chiang Mai district. It affects each element of the work-life balance differently is 1) Working, the child's study time corresponds to the parent's working time, resulting in inefficient work Therefore, it is necessary to hire a caregiver or have a family member take care of them instead. 2) On the family side, the time spent doing activities decreased. causing all family members to take on more responsibilities Therefore, the duties of child care must be clearly divided. 3) Less time, working time and parental life. because they have to allocate time to take care of their children causing parents to allocate or divide time and reduce the time for various activities or private activities to take care of the children. 4) Financially, there are more expenses causing parents to limit their daily spending reduce unnecessary expenses. 5) Intellectually, online learning is a new learning style with the use of modern technology media in learning. causing parents to study and understand the skills of using technology media and lesson content They also have to control their emotions in caring for their children. In order not to cause stress on the child and on the parents themselves 6) Personal aspects No time for personal activities causing parents to reduce their personal favorite activities and have to spend time during the holidays to do activities instead. It can be seen that the management of online teaching and learning affects the composition of the work-life balance of parents. Parents have different approaches to managing and adapting to different situations. which everyone wants to live in their own way with the most value and to make your child's online learning as efficient as possible.
