Abstract: The objective of this study was to evaluate development project in reading, writing, and communicative speaking abilities at Mongkholwittaya school, Lamphun province by using the Stake evaluation model in 3 aspects: 1) antecedents, 2) transactions, and 3) outcomes. The target groups in the study consisted of 3 qualified experts, 26 project teachers, 366 students participated in the project, 187 parents of students participating in the project, and 2 administrators who supported the project. The tools used to collect data include: project evaluation forms and interview form. Quantitative data were analyzed by frequency distribution, averages, and standard deviations. Quantitative data were analyzed by content analysis and descriptive explanation. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. 1. Antecedent, it was discovered that 1) project components, 2) teachers’ characteristics in project, 3) students’ characteristics in project, 4) parents’ characteristics in project, 5) administrators’ characteristics in project, 6) project schedule, 7) media, material, and learning resources, and 8) activity management plans passed the evaluation criteria. 2. Transactions, it was discovered that 1) project administration, 2) reading, writing, and communicative speaking abilities development activities, and 3) students’ measurement and evaluation passed the evaluation criteria. 3. Outcomes, it was discovered that 1) Thai abilities consisted of reading, writing, and communicative speaking passed the evaluation criteria, 2) English abilities consisted of reading, writing, and communicative speaking did not pass the evaluation criteria, and 3) satisfaction with the project passed the evaluation criteria.
