Abstract: The purpose of this study was developing the quality management system of Baan Tha Service Limited Partnership, Chiang Mai Province in accordance with the international quality system standard ISO 9001: 2015. The objective is for the organization to develop a quality management system for the fuel distribution business that complies with international standard requirements so that the organization has standard operating procedures and is aware of the guidelines for managing risks affecting business operations to provide the organization with a standardized system of performance documents and to support future system certified. The research study consisted of a study of quality requirements, organizational context analysis, risk analysis and risk control planning, operational control, performance assessment based on organizational objective goals and internal quality audit to monitoring for improvement. The implementation of the quality management system development has 4 steps as follows: Step 1 Analysis and planning of the operation consists of analysis of organizational processes and contexts, business flow process chart preparation, organizational chart preparation and preparation of job descriptions. Step 2 Developing the quality management system consists of SWOT Analysis for Strategic Planning and action plans, set quality policy, determine the indicators according to the objectives of the organization, analyze the risks in the organization and planning to prevent risks and develop a document system according to business processes. Step 3 The application of the quality management system consists of apply the quality management system documentation system, follow up and review the operating results and operate according to the objective indicators of the organization. Step 4 Summarizing and Evaluation consists of the internal quality audit and a meeting to review the summary of the development of the management system.
