Unlisted list of farmers. The instrument used for data collection was an interview form with a confidence value of 0.88 according to Cronbach's method. Data were collected during January-March 2020. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, maximum value, minimum value, standard deviation and the hypothesis by multiple regression analysis (Enter method). The study indicated that most farmers are male 71.0 percent, with an average age of 53.8 years and educated in the primary level. Farmers had an average rice cultivation experience of 21.6 years, the average number of household workers was 2.:2, with an average rice planting area of 5.9 rai. Farmers are of the opinion that they can comply with organic rice standards at a moderate level. The results of the hypothesis testing showed that the age factor rice production objective there was a negative correlation but receiving news about organic rice there was a positive correlation with the opinion of the organic rice standard practice statistically significant at a level of 0.05. Problems and recommendations for the implementation of organic rice standards among farmers in Chiang Dao District. Chiang Mai Province it was found that most of the farmers faced a shortage of funds and think that growing organic rice is not worth the investment, planting plots next to plots that use chemicals, no water sources for producing organic rice, no knowledge of organic rice production, no support market, cannot get rid of diseases insects weeds without using chemicals and there is no organic rice seed source. As for the needs of farmers, farmers have a need for knowledge on organic rice production. Want to support the integration of organic rice production and a water source that can produce organic rice. Farmer have provided suggestions for implementing organic rice standards. That the planting and processing standards should be separated which argues that farmers can grow organic rice according to the standard but no mills for personal rice milling and there is no mill that only buys organic rice Therefore must be sold together with rice that uses chemicals. Therefore, relevant agencies must pay attention to the integration of organic rice production and continue to do so in order to expand the area for growing organic rice more. There is regular publicity to create awareness of organic rice production through channels that are easily accessible to farmers. and clearly set targets to promote organic rice production in the Chiang Dao area Support the creation of an organic rice production network as well as supporting a machine that is a rice milling machine with a production capacity suitable for organic rice production in the area It is managed in the form of a farmer group and market link as well as the further development of organic rice products.
