Abstract: The current study aims to find out a delivery staff attitude of Sapparichat transport limited partnership towards occupational safety according to the Life Saving Rules. The data has been collected by a questionnaire from 112 delivery staff of Sapparichat transport. The data were analysed using descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, and mean. Furthermore, a one-way ANOVA analysis was included in the study. The study showed that the majority of the participants were male aged between 31 to 40 years old, have been on the duty for more than five years, the delivery route was in the central region, type of employment was a Non-Smart Driver, graduated with a primary education level. The overview of the delivery persons' knowledge and understanding in regards to the occupational safety according to the Life Saving Rules showed an average level of knowledge from 61 participants with a mean of 54.5, follows by a high level of understanding from 36 participants with a mean of 32.1, then a moderate level of understanding from 14 samples with a mean of 12.5, and a low level of understanding from one participant with a mean of 0.9 respectively. In addition, no evidence had shown that the participants with the lowest knowledge and understanding, majority of the samples had least chosen item number four; be able to use a mobile phone without assistive devices for less than two minutes (69.6%), and item number six; permission is required before removing a device or security system (64.3%), respectively. Theattitude regarding feeling towards occupational safety according to the Life Saving Rules; the majority of the participants showed the highest level of agreement among 59 samples 52.8%, follows by the level of agreement among 47 respondents 41.8%, feeling indifferent from six participants 5.4%, and no evidence of no feeling of disagreeing and strongly disagree in which the participants feeling indifferent with the last three items from number four; compliance with procedures for preventing accidents, and from working at heights effecting working difficulty (x̄= 3.43), follows by item number 10 work permit requirement when operating with approval according to the type of job, in which can cause complication and delay in work (x̄= 3.37), item number six permission is required before removing or disconnecting devices which can cause discomfort and delay in work (x̄= 3.21), respectively. The behavioural attitude towards occupational safety according to the Life Saving Rules; the majority of the participants showed the most frequent behavioural level among 87 samples 77.7%, follows by the level of frequent practice behaviour from 25 participants 22.3%. Moreover, no evidence showed participants with a level of behaviour towards the level of practice frequently and infrequently; and the majority of the participants showed the behaviour level of not practice regularly; it can be seen from the last three items including item number five, permission required from safety officer when removing or disconnecting the devices (x̄=4.02), follows by item number four; during working with electricity; disconnected from the main electrical system, and using a key to lock system or hanging a warning sign are required (x̄=4.00), and item number seven; permission is required when working in a confined space (x̄=3.92), respectively. The examination of knowledge and understanding towards occupational safety according to the Life Saving Rules classified by general information found that knowledge and understanding promotion is needed in term of item number two; while driving or sitting at the back of a motorbike, the passenger is not required to wear a safety helmet among stafl with three to five years of working, item number four; while driving the driver is able to answer calls without assistive devices less than two minutes among male staff and Non-Smart Driver, item number six; permission required when remove or disconnect devices among male staff, and item number 11; during working with electricity; disconnected from the main electrical system, and using a key to lock system or hanging a warning sign are required among participants with a secondary school and a vocational diploma education level. The investigation of the feeling towards occupational safety according to the Life Saving Rules classified by general information showed that the majority of the participants strongly agreed with item number four; compliance with procedures for preventing accidents, and from working at heights effecting working difficulty; male staff showed the feeling of indifferent, on the other hand, female staff showed a strong agreement. In addition, the participants with five years working duration showed feeling more than the staff with working duration of three to five years, which was more than staff with working duration of one to three years. Furthermore, item number 10; work permit required when operating according to the type of job causing difficulty and delays in work; male samples showed the feeling of indifference, on the other hand, female participants were strongly agreed. The study of behaviour towards occupational safety according to the Life Saving Rules classified by general information found that the majority of the participants follows item number four; during working with electricity; disconnected from the main electrical system, and using a key to lock system or hanging a warning sign are required, female staff sometimes follow the regulation, and male staff often follow the rule. Finally, item number 12; operating without safety rules avoiding serious accidents and serious consequences; female samples frequently follow the rule and male staff always obey the regulation. Further research should focus on employees working motivation e.g. salary increase, work progress, or penalties and fines; as a direction to prevent employees' dissatisfaction, preserving valuable human resources, and motivate employees at work, to find the factors that employees are interested in; and use the information that has been developed to maintain quality personnel with the company in the long run.
