Abstract: This independent study focuses on the electronic receiving payment management system for tax collection services. One of the important roles of an accounting firm is to provide tax collection services to customers in order to make payments on behalf of customers to the Revenue Department. However, the adoption of electronic payment acceptance technology in the payment processing process is still relatively small compared to the number of accounting firms across the country that have reached 8,391 accounting firms. At present, most accounting firms have a procedure for tracking each customer's tax payment that takes a long time to verify and uses much staff to serve customers thoroughly The time-consuming process is to check the tax-transfer amount that the customer transfers to which bank account. Check whether the amount of tax deposit that must be paid is the same as the amount stated or not. Sometimes there are deposits that come in, but the source is unknown and there is no notification to the authorities. This caused the officers to waste time tracing back to find the customers who transferred the tax balance. Therefore, the researcher has studied and developed a system for use in the office to help solve problems and help manage the tax collection service process of the accounting firm so that it can reduce the time to trace back the tax payment. Reduce the number of agents used to track customers and add new electronic payment channels for customers.
