Abstract: The Purpose of this research were 1) to study scientific knowledge in local wisdom. This was used in the management of additional science learning about chilli paste. 2) To study the awareness of local wisdom values of Mathayomsuksa 2 students who were taught by applying science knowledge in local wisdom related to chilli paste. Ta-Dang Chilli Paste were used to manage additional science courses. 3) To study the learning achievement of Mathayomsuksa 2 students who were managed to leamn additional science subjects on Ta-Dang Chilli Paste. The population used in this research was students studying in Mathayom Suksa 2 at Ban Pong Noi School, Suthep Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Mai District. Chiang Mai Province, Semester 2, Academic Year 2021, total 36 people. The research instruments consisted of Interview form for villagers To analyze scientific knowledge in local wisdom about Ta-Dang Chilli Paste. A learning management plan that brings science knowledge in local wisdom related to Ta-Dang Chilli Paste. Used in learning management according to the concept of science, technology and society in the local wisdom about Ta-Dang Chilli Paste, an achievement measurement model that brings scientific knowledge in local wisdom related to Ta-Dang Chilli Paste Used in leaming management according to the concept of science, technology and society in the local wisdom about Ta-Dang Chilli Paste and the measurement of awareness of local wisdom values related to Ta-Dang Chilli Paste. The findings were as follows: 1. The study of scientific knowledge in local wisdom. Which is used in learning management Additional scientific subjects on Ta-Dang Chilli Paste found that Chilli Paste contains the following ingredients: chilli, garlic, shallot, shrimp paste, fermented fish, peanut, and fishmeal. Found knowledge of science It is divided into 4 steps, which is the first step. Exposure is the scientific knowledge of thermal energy. Matter and transformation (evaporation) solar energy the second step of heating energy. Toasting, toasting, or to grilling is a scientific body of knowledge in the area of knowledge transfer. Substance and transformation (evaporation) Step 3 Roasting is the scientific knowledge of heat transfer. And step 4 making Ta-Dang Chilli Paste It is scientific knowledge of gravity. 2. The results of the study on the awareness of local wisdom value of Mathayomsuksa 2 students who were taught by applying science knowledge in local wisdom related to Ta-Dang Chilli Paste. It was found that the students who were taught by applying science knowledge in local wisdom related to Ta-Dang Chilli Paste were used in the management of additional science courses, the awareness after learning was 2.49 in Response process 3. The results of the study on the academic achievement of Mathayomsuksa 2 students who received additional science learning management on "Ta-Dang" paste showed that students who were taught using local wisdom in organizing science learning activities In addition, the subject had an average post-study score of 16.16, or 53.8%
