The research tools consisted of a model manual and model evaluation form. Analysis of the data was carried out by using the mean and standard deviation. The results of the research revealed that there were five aspects of human management in general: 1) plan, manpower rate and position placement, 2) recruitment and appointment, 3) enhancement of efficiency in civil service operations, 4) discipline and enforcement, 5) retirement and resignation. In Buddhist administration, the principles of Brahmaviharn 4 and Sangkhahawatthu 4 were applied. The data analysis showed clearly that for "self-control and development", the administrators used the principles of Dana (Giving), Metta (Loving-kindness), Karuna (Compassion), and Upekkha (Equanimity); for " employee morale and happiness", the administrators used Karuna (Compassion), Piyavaca (Kind speech), and Samanattata (Equality); for “work efficiency”, the administrators used Atthacariya (Public Service Mind). Therefore, by summarizing the characteristics of the integrated Buddhist personnel management model of the basic educational institutions, there are 4 main components: 1) Objectives, 2) Principles, 3) Management processes, and 4) Management results. The research results also discovered five common points of the Buddhist concept that school administrators practice: Cooperation, Coherence, Knowledge and Practice. |
