Abstract: The purposes of using the TPACK Model in Language Education to develop English speaking communication skills among Secondary 1 students of Watbanma School were 1) to study TPACK Model in Language Education to enhance the English speaking communication skills of secondary students in digital disruption era. 2) to study the English speaking skills of students after using TPACK Model in Language Education. The samples were 8 students in Secondary I on the second semester of the academic year 2021. The research instruments consisted of 1) TPACK Model in Language Education lesson plans for 4 units 20 periods, 2) English speaking test, 3) students assessment form for oral presentation and multimedia presentation, and 4) students assessment form for group working. After finished study all 4 unit plans the data's were analyzed by using means and percentage. The research findings found that 1) The study of TPACK Model in Language Education lesson plans to develop English speaking communication skills consisted of the unit topic: Iron Chef Watbanma School included of 4 unit plans were Unit 1: In the kitchen. Unit 2: In the garden. Unit 3: I can cook. Unit 4: Create my own dish. with 5 teaching stages (PRCPR Model)1) Plan 2) Research 3) Collaboration 4) Reflection 5) Public Presentation. The IOC was at 1.0, the quality of the lesson plans was in a very good level. 2) The results of post-test of English speaking skill showed the average score of 78.50%. More than 60 percentages of students were reached in English learning achievement.
