Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop format of report and operation results. About road maintenance work of the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization to be information for management decisions in the form of a dashboard, that is easy to understand and make quick management decisions. Therefore, the study therefore sees the importance of bringing Business Intelligence to analyze data and visualize Road maintenance work of Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization for the relevant parties to be informed which will result in increased operational efficiency. By studying and collecting data from documents and interviews with personnel of the Construction and Maintenance Division, Technician Office, Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization and then analyzed it with appropriate tools according to the principle of business Intelligence. After that, it issued a report on the analysis of road maintenance operations of the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization. And interviewed those with at least 10 years of experience in construction management and road maintenance regarding the data display format that is developed compared to the current data display. The results of the study showed that the analysis and display of road maintenance operations Developed according to the principles of Business Intelligence Allowing the relevant management team to understand the proposed operating results faster, able to be analyzed to support management decisions quickly and resulting in increased efficiency in road maintenance work of the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization.
