Abstract: | The purposes of this work are following by 1.) to study the methods to create satisfaction and motivation in operational of volunteer defense corps in Kamphaeng Phet province. 2.) To survey satisfaction and motivation in operational of volunteer defense corps in Kamphaeng Phet province. 3.) to analyze the relationship between guideline to create satisfaction and motivation in operational with satisfaction and motivation in operational of volunteer defense corps in Kamphaeng Phet province. 4) To survey the opinions of members of the Territorial Guard. Kamphaeng Phet Province On approaches to creating satisfaction and motivation. In the work that has been performed and needs revision In this work, 114 of volunteer defense corps in Kamphaeng Phet province were studied by using questionnaires that have confidential value equal to 0.978. Frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient variable were used in this study. The results show that 1.) There was high level of methods to create satisfaction and motivation in operational of volunteer defense corps in Kamphaeng Phet province (𝑥̅ =3.21, 𝑥̅ =3.17). 2.) There was also high satisfaction and motivation in operational of volunteer defense corps in Kamphaeng Phet province (𝑥̅ =3.11, 𝑥̅ =3.20). 3.) There were high level of positive relationship in guideline to create satisfaction and satisfaction of volunteer defense corps in Kamphaeng Phet province (r=.805**) with statistic significant at 0.01. Guideline to create motivation and motivation of volunteer defense corps in Kamphaeng Phet were positive related in medium level (r=.573**) with statistic significant at 0.01. 4) There should be more actions to create incentives for work, such as giving missions to supervisors. or supervisors to be clear, comprehensive and clear to the supervisor under the rules agency regulations and follow the steps increase welfare various benefits Consider the salary level with transparency and fairness and should consider improving it. Regulations and Guidelines on Promotion Guidelines or higher rank to create morale and motivation for workers. |
