Abstract: The application of Information Communication Technology (ICT) for education in South Korea, Singapore and Malaysia demonstrates a great integration according to the global standards. This comparative study thus emerges to draw the lessons and it shows that the main goal of ICT integration in education policy in these three cases is to target to develop workforces to meet the needs of 21st century or knowledge-based economy. It can be also observed that ethical matters such as copyright, transparency and accountability were reinforced through ICT driven monitoring system. However, to overcome the challenges, digital infrastructure development has been put as the first priority in early stage of development plans. Based on the condition of development of ICT infrastructure, each country has developed further ICT integration in education as appropriated. Training of teacher has been also widely implement in each country. The training emphasis on providing knowledge and skills of ICT for the purpose to use well in teaching and learning processes. Based on the finding, the policy recommendations are provided.
