Abstract

This independent study aimed to construct the web-based instruction titled Rules, Regulations and Techniques of Rowing for students in Grade 7 at Chiang Mai Sport School. The study group were 20 students studying in Grade 7 of second semester in 2017 academic year at Chiang Mai Sport School, Sanpatong district, Chiang Mai Province. The instruments employed in this study were the web-based instruction titled Rules, Regulations and Techniques of Rowing for Grade 7 students and the achievement test for data collection, the instruments were used with the study group and the data were analyzed in order to determine the efficiency of the web-based instruction afterwards. The result of the study revealed that the web-based instruction titled Rules, Regulations and Techniques of Rowing for students in Grade 7 at Chiang Mai Sport School was efficient at 81.14/ 82.50 which meets the criteria of 80/80.
