Abstract: The purpose of this study is to improve the teaching of library usage and academic ethics for primary school students, grade 5 by using Computer Aid Teaching (CAT). The ADDIE Model was designed using Microsoft Mouse Mischief for conducting experiment with 20 students at Ban Rongha School, Phayao Primary Education Region 1 in the second semester of 2014. The students were given a pre-test and a post-test before and after the Computer Aid Teaching had been used. A record was taken during the class by observing the students’ behavior. After the test students were asked to an evaluation form to assess their satisfaction with the Computer Aid Teaching program. The achievement test showed that the Computer Program had an efficiency of 88.97/80.25, which was higher than the criteria and the content accuracy was at an acceptable level whereas the evaluation by 3 experts in the media and presentation was at a very good level and the students’ satisfaction was at a high level.
