Abstract: This was the descriptive study which using the qualitative research. The purpose of this study was to study the resilience with health in pregnant teenagers in the improper status. The data was collected by in-depth interview including the observation from June 2014 to April 2015. The sample group consisted of 8 teenagers, aged 15 – 20, who were pregnant in the improper status in Hang Dong district, Chiang Mai province. The data then was analyzed and presented by using the descriptive method and concluded by using the content analysis. The study found that the health of pregnant teenagers in the improper status consisted of many problems in these following sides. The first one was the physical side; most of them were still healthy, but some teenagers had the health problem such as giddiness and sickness. For the psychological side; they faced with the panic, the anxiety, the moodiness, and the shameless. For social side, parents always stayed beside them, but the acceptance in their family, the lost of working occasion, the shameless and the social invectiveness, the lost of learning opportunity exactly happened with them. For the spirit side, the study found that their pregnancies were depended on the fatefulness. For the resilience of teenagers, they had the endeavor to understand in their situation, the self-valued creation, the adaptation, and the management, which could help them to be stronger. The result of this study were the fundamental information for the related people; family and officials in the health area to promote the development of resilience and health, which can help the pregnant teenagers in the improper time to adapt themselves in the suitable and effective way later.
