Abstract: The objective of this independent study was to study happiness at work of employees at Nithi Foods Company Limited. The data were collected by questionnaire from 91 employees and by using 12 in-depth interviews. The questionnaire which comprised of 2 parts: personal information and the factors that affected happiness at work. Data analysis was conducted by frequency, percentage, mean, independent – samples t – test, analysis of variance, ANOVA, LSD and multiple regression. The results showed that most of employees were male, in the 26 – 35 year old range, single, graduated from high school. Most of them were at individual contributor level of employee, worked for department of production, had 1 – 5 year/s of work experience and the personal income was less than 15,000 baht per month. The level of happiness at work of employees at Nithi Foods Company Limited was at the high level, their overall happiness at work was also ranked at the high level for mental health, social health, job, work environment, expectation and interpersonal. For physical health, their happiness at work was ranked at the moderate level. The factors that were significantly related to happiness at work, namely work environment, interpersonal, expectation and physical health as statistically significant with 95% confidence while mental health, social health job and personal demographic factors were not significantly related to happiness at work.
