| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพหัววัดประจุแตกตัว ฟิล์ม และหัววัดเรียงแถวบนระนาบในการทวนสอบแผนรังสีรักษาเทคนิครังสีตัดขวางแบบเกลียวหมุน วิธีการศึกษา ทวนสอบแผนรังสีรักษาโดยใช้ข้อมูลแผนรังสีรักษาเทคนิครังสีตัดขวางแบบเกลียวหมุนของผูป้ ว่ ยโรคมะเร็ง 13 แผนรังสีรักษา ของหน่วยรังสีรักษาและมะเร็งวิทยา ภาควิชารังสีวิทยา คณะแพทยศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ การทวนสอบปริมาณรังสีแบบจุดใช้หัววัดชนิดประจุแตกตัว และหัววัดเรียงแถวบนระนาบรุ่น Octavius การทวนสอบการกระจายปริมาณรังสีสัมพัทธ์ใช้ฟิล์ม และหัววัด Octavius หาค่ารากที่สองของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองจากค่าเปอร์เซ็นต์ความแตกต่างของปริมาณรังสีดูดกลืนแบบจุด และค่าเปอร์เซ็นต์ผ่านเกณฑ์ค่าดัชนีแกมมาของการกระจายปริมาณรังสีสัมพัทธ์ ผลการศึกษา การทวนสอบปริมาณรังสีด้วยหัววัดประจุแตกตัว ฟิล์ม และหัววัดเรียงแถวบนระนาบ พบค่ารากกำลังสองเฉลี่ยของเปอร์เซ็นตค์ วามแตกต่างปริมาณรังสีดูดกลืนแบบจุดจากการวัดด้วยหัววัดชนิดประจุแตกตัวและหัววัด Octavius เท่ากับ 0.38 และ 0.84 ตามลำดับ การกระจายปริมาณรังสีสัมพัทธ์ที่เกณฑ์ความแตกต่างปริมาณรังสีร้อยละ 3 ที่ความแตกต่างระยะ 3 มิลลิเมตร พบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยเปอร์เซ็นต์ผ่านเกณฑ์ดัชนีแกมมา ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 11.81 (p=0.01) และ 6.79 (p=0.04) สำหรับฟิล์ม และหัววัดเรียงแถวOctavius มีค่าเท่ากับ 86.59±11.81 และ 96.39±6.79 ตามลำดับ สรุปผลการศึกษา การทวนสอบปริมาณรังสีดูดกลืนแบบจุด และแบบการกระจายปริมาณรังสีสัมพัทธ์ของแผนรังสีตัดขวางแบบเกลียวหมุน ด้วยหัววัดชนิดประจุแตกตัว และฟิล์มร่วมกับ Cheese phantom เป็นวิธีการมาตรฐาน มีความถูกต้องทางรังสีคณิต มีประสิทธิภาพ และการใช้หัววัดเรียงแถวบนระนาบรุ่น Octavius ร่วมกับ Octavius phantom เป็นวิธีการที่สะดวก มีความถูกต้องทางรังสีคณิต และมีประสิทธิภาพเหมาะสมกับเทคนิคการฉายรังสีตัดขวางแบบเกลียวหมุน |
