| dc.description | Chiang Mai Medical Journal (Formerly Chiang Mai Medical Bulletin) is an official journal of the Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University. It accepts original papers on clinical and experimental research that are pertinent in the biomedical sciences. The Journal is published 4 issues/year (i.e., Mar, Jun, Sep, and Dec). Original articles, review articles, brief reports, case reports, and miscellany (editorials, perspectives, opinions, and letters to the editor) are welcome. All manuscripts submitted to Chiang Mai Medical Journal must not have been previously published (except in abstract form) or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Each submitted article will be reviewed by two referrees or more. Following publication, Chiang Mai Medical Journal reserves the copyright of all published materials and such materials may not be reproduced in any form without written permission from Chiang Mai Medical Journal. | dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพหัววัดประจุแตกตัว ฟิล์ม และหัววัดเรียงแถวบนระนาบในการทวนสอบแผนรังสีรักษาเทคนิครังสีตัดขวางแบบเกลียวหมุน วิธีการศึกษา ทวนสอบแผนรังสีรักษาโดยใช้ข้อมูลแผนรังสีรักษาเทคนิครังสีตัดขวางแบบเกลียวหมุนของผูป้ ว่ ยโรคมะเร็ง 13 แผนรังสีรักษา ของหน่วยรังสีรักษาและมะเร็งวิทยา ภาควิชารังสีวิทยา คณะแพทยศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ การทวนสอบปริมาณรังสีแบบจุดใช้หัววัดชนิดประจุแตกตัว และหัววัดเรียงแถวบนระนาบรุ่น Octavius การทวนสอบการกระจายปริมาณรังสีสัมพัทธ์ใช้ฟิล์ม และหัววัด Octavius หาค่ารากที่สองของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองจากค่าเปอร์เซ็นต์ความแตกต่างของปริมาณรังสีดูดกลืนแบบจุด และค่าเปอร์เซ็นต์ผ่านเกณฑ์ค่าดัชนีแกมมาของการกระจายปริมาณรังสีสัมพัทธ์ ผลการศึกษา การทวนสอบปริมาณรังสีด้วยหัววัดประจุแตกตัว ฟิล์ม และหัววัดเรียงแถวบนระนาบ พบค่ารากกำลังสองเฉลี่ยของเปอร์เซ็นตค์ วามแตกต่างปริมาณรังสีดูดกลืนแบบจุดจากการวัดด้วยหัววัดชนิดประจุแตกตัวและหัววัด Octavius เท่ากับ 0.38 และ 0.84 ตามลำดับ การกระจายปริมาณรังสีสัมพัทธ์ที่เกณฑ์ความแตกต่างปริมาณรังสีร้อยละ 3 ที่ความแตกต่างระยะ 3 มิลลิเมตร พบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยเปอร์เซ็นต์ผ่านเกณฑ์ดัชนีแกมมา ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 11.81 (p=0.01) และ 6.79 (p=0.04) สำหรับฟิล์ม และหัววัดเรียงแถวOctavius มีค่าเท่ากับ 86.59±11.81 และ 96.39±6.79 ตามลำดับ สรุปผลการศึกษา การทวนสอบปริมาณรังสีดูดกลืนแบบจุด และแบบการกระจายปริมาณรังสีสัมพัทธ์ของแผนรังสีตัดขวางแบบเกลียวหมุน ด้วยหัววัดชนิดประจุแตกตัว และฟิล์มร่วมกับ Cheese phantom เป็นวิธีการมาตรฐาน มีความถูกต้องทางรังสีคณิต มีประสิทธิภาพ และการใช้หัววัดเรียงแถวบนระนาบรุ่น Octavius ร่วมกับ Octavius phantom เป็นวิธีการที่สะดวก มีความถูกต้องทางรังสีคณิต และมีประสิทธิภาพเหมาะสมกับเทคนิคการฉายรังสีตัดขวางแบบเกลียวหมุน | en_US |
