| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ ศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ของบุคลากรทางการพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยด้านจิตวิญญาณที่งานการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยทั่วไปฯ โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ และเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ของบุคลากรทางการพยาบาลในการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณในแต่ละหอผู้ป่วย วิธีการศึกษา การวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย ประชากรคือ กลุ่มบุคลากรทางการพยาบาลทุกระดับ จำนวน 138 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้การให้ผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังด้านจิตวิญญาณของบุคลากรพยาบาล ค่าความเที่ยงตรงของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.95 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.93 อยู่ในระดับมาก ใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษา บุคลากรทางการพยาบาลทุกระดับ มีการรับรู้การดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก การรับรู้ของบุคลากรในแต่ละหอผู้ป่วยอยู่ในระดับปานกลางถึงมาก สรุปผลการวิจัย ระดับการรับรู้ของบุคลากรทางการพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยด้านจิตวิญญาณในงานการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยทั่วไป โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่อยู่ในระดับมาก |
