| Abstract: | Flow cytometry เป็นเทคนิคในการวัดลักษณะที่หลากหลายของเซลล์แต่ละเซลล์ โดยใช้หลักการวัดความ ยาวคลื่นแสงที่เซลล์ปล่อยและกระจายออกมาหลังจากได้รับแสงกระตุ้นจากภายนอก เทคนิคนี้ได้รับการพัฒนา อย่างต่อเนื่องมาตั้งแต่ช่วงปีคริสต์ศักราช 1970 จนถึงปีจจุบันและได้กลายมาเป็นเครื่องมือสําคัญทางการ แพทย์ในสาขาวิชาโลหิตวิทยา และวิทยาภูมิคุ้มกัน การพัฒนาร่วมกันกับเทคโนโลยีด้าน monoclonal antibody และความหลากหลายของสี fluorescence ทําให้มีการประยุกต์ใช้ flow cytometry เพื่อประโยชน์ ทางคลินิกและงานวิจัยเพื่อเข้าใจความรู้เกี่ยวภูมิคุ้มกันวิทยาอย่างมากมาย นับถึงปัจจุบันมีงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง กับ flow cytometry มากกว่า 200,000 ชิ้นในฐานข้อมูล medline บทความนี้จะเน้นถึงความรู้พื้นฐานเพื่อ ความเข้าใจข้อมูลที่ได้จาก flow cytometry และการประยุกต์ใช้ในงานวิจัยและทางคลินิก |
